Terms of service

Merveystore sells original artworks and prints. All original works are one-of-a-kind pieces created by hand. Each artwork is unique and may show slight variations from photos due to lighting and screen settings.

All prices are in EUR. As a small business operating under the German small business regulation (§19 UStG), prices do not include VAT. No VAT is charged.

All artworks remain my intellectual property. Purchase of a physical artwork does not transfer any reproduction rights. Reproduction, copying, or commercial use of any artwork without written permission is strictly prohibited.

I am not liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use purchased products.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Place of jurisdiction is Germany.
