EU customers In accordance with EU consumer law, EU residents have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order, without giving a reason. To exercise this right, contact me at merveystar@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery. The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

Exception: Custom commissions and made-to-order works are exempt from the right of withdrawal.

Non-EU customers All sales are final. I do not accept returns or exchanges for customers outside the European Union.
